Phil Tribble

Phil Tribble is passionate about teaching clients how to manage their money and informing them about the ins and outs of the financial services industry. He entered financial services after a decade as a professional fundraiser where his job was to help people donate money effectively. He has professional experience as a life, disability and long-term care insurance agent, as an investment advisor to individual investors and as a dedicated financial planner for a locally owned Registered Investment Advisor.

Phil is proud to be a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, a designation he earned in 2019. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an undergraduate degree in biochemistry, and he holds an M.B.A. and a master’s degree in sports administration from Ohio University.

Outside the world of financial planning, Phil is married to a faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and is a dad to four children. On the weekends you will likely find him coaching youth baseball and occasionally attempting to catch smallmouth bass in the Huron River.

Phil has a particular focus on meeting the financial planning needs of physicians who are employed by the University of Michigan because he has intimate knowledge of the challenges and opportunities they face as they make short- and long-term financial plans for their families.
